Fixes DACH-NY/cn-test-failures#3885 (Integration test participant `OutOfMemory encountered: Java heap space`) I didn't touch the initial heap size for now; we only reach it rarely so seems to be more economical this way. [ci] Signed-off-by: Martin Florian <[email protected]>

Fixes DACH-NY/cn-test-failures#5313 The amount of the increase is inspired by what we did in #1075 Also bumping the memory constraint on the container by the same amount for good measure; may I be forgiven the awkward final number there. [ci] Signed-off-by: Martin Florian <[email protected]>
